Refund policy
In the event your purchase does not work for you the items must be returned for a store credit within 7-business days of you receiving the merchandise. Absolutely No Refunds.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if there are defects on the return. Any item not received in good conditions, free of odors, stains, and must pay reshipping feed to have the items sent back.
To start a return you can contact us at bluemagicraceproductions@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately even if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We're constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If we are sold out of an item you will be sent an Gift Card via email to use towards the correct item/size for another item. The fastest way to ensure you to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Absolutely No Refunds!!!! We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Please remember when returned packages arrive at our facility, it takes us approximately 7-14 days to process the return. Original shipping cost are non refundable, the customer will also cover and redelivery costs.
Once an order has been placed, if you select Local Pickup your items must be picked up within 30 days of placing an order. If your order is not picked up your items will be placed back in inventory for sale.
